Happy Halloween everyone! I saved my favorite Halloween costume for last! Another one of Edith Head's wonderful creations was her costume for Anne Baxter in Cecil DeMille's, Ten Commandments. For most of the movie, Ann Baxter, who plays Nefertari, wears a sheer turquoise dress with a gold headpiece. Since I love this iconic look, I tried my best to recreate it with a modern twist. I am wearing a sleeveless turquoise dress, a gold headpiece and accessories. Although my outfit does not look exactly like Edith Head's creation, I had so much fun putting this outfit together.
