Happy Thursday! Here is my second Halloween costume for 2014. I chose to dress up as a pirate because I wanted to pay tribute to the Pirates of the Caribbean series and truth be told, I have always wanted to dress up as a pirate. Penny Rose was the costume designer for all four Pirates of the Caribbean movies and I loved every single one of her creations. Her costumes were so amazing that they inspired fashion designer Jean-Paul Gaultier's 2008 spring/summer collection.
I think my costume is a combination of Captain Jack Sparrow and Elizabeth Swan, both masculine and feminine. Let me know in the comments below what you're planning on wearing this Halloween. Sending you lots of love from my heart to yours!
