Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Almonds @ Elizabeth, Marie, and Me

Happy Friday!  Today I wanted to share with you the recipe for my garlic and rosemary almonds.  It is one of my favorite fall snacks because they are easy to make and are incredibly addicting!

Here are the ingredients you will need:

1.) 2 cups of whole almonds (unsalted)

2.) 2 large sprigs of fresh rosemary (about 1 tablespoon when leaves are stripped)

3.) 4 cloves of garlic (about 1 tablespoon when minced)

4.) 1/2 tsp. onion powder

5.) 1/4 tsp. chili powder

6.) 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil

7.) Sea salt to taste

Directions:

1.) Preheat oven to 325 degrees

2.) Take the rosemary leaves off the sprig and roughly chop them and place into a mixing bowl

3.) Finely chop the garlic cloves and add that to the mixing bowl

4.) Measure out the onion powder, chili powder, and olive oil and add that to the garlic and rosemary

5.) Mix all the ingredients together with a whisk

6.) Add in the almonds and toss until the almonds are evenly coated

7.) Spread the almonds out evenly on a baking sheet, sprinkle salt, and place in the oven for 15 mins

8.) After 15 mins, set the almonds aside to cool for about 10 mins
