November 2014 Favorites

Hey there! Here is my first "Monthly Favorites" post! I love sharing with you my favorite clothing pieces and styling them, but I also want to share with you everything else I have been loving, such as beauty products, books, and other random items. So, today I wanted to share with you what I was loving in the month of November!
First is the "Leaves" scented candle from Bath and Body Works. To me it smells exactly like fall. I love to burn this at night while I read a book and sip some green tea.
I have read a few books this month, but these two are by far my favorites. She Walks in Beauty: A Woman's Journey Through Poems is a wonderful book filled with beautiful poems personally selected by Caroline Kennedy. My other favorite book, #GIRLBOSS, is an inspiring book by Sophia Amoruso. I have always loved shopping online at NastyGal.com, so I really enjoyed reading a book by the Nasty Gal founder and CEO. She really gives the reader an inside look at how she came to found her multi-million dollar company while sharing wise advice for other #GIRLBOSSES.
My favorite beauty items this month are the concealer pen by Chantecaille and the M.A.C lipstick in "Hang-Up." The concealer pen has been a life-saver for me this month. I just draw a "v" shape with the concealer beneath my eyes, dab it with my ring finger until it's blended, and my eyes are instantly brightened. As for the lipstick, it has been my go-to fall lip color for the past two years and I love it! It's a rich, deep color without being too dark.
SHORT AND SWEET iPhone Case
Since I tend to drop my phone a lot, I love the Kate Spade iPhone cases because they are sturdy and chic. My favorites this month are the hot pink "Keep it Short and Sweet" case and the "Do Not Disturb #Daydream" case, which is my newest edition to my iPhone case collection.
Finally, this vintage ivory ring I purchased years ago at a jewelry show concludes my list of favorites for the month of November. I have been wearing it every time I go out because I love the ship design and the frame around it. I think this ring is such a beautiful and timeless piece!
