Tassels! Tassels! Tassels! I am so happy that I can finally wear this fun tassel jacket! I bought it last year at Nordstrom in the Savvy Department and I just couldn't wait to wear it again this year. It is still hot and humid during the day, but it's starting to cool down at night, just enough for me to wear it without overheating.
