Happy Monday everyone! One of the most difficult tasks of photo shooting outfits for my blog is finding a location that compliments what I am wearing. Normally I'll plan a location ahead of time for each outfit, but for this yellow silk dress my mom and I drove around and discovered this beautiful cluster of gigantic taro leaves by accident. The leaves were so large that they formed a wall of earthy foliage. As soon as I saw it, I knew that was the location for this dress. I love how the emerald colored leaves allowed the yellow dress to pop like a burst of sunshine. The free flowing layers on the dress mimicked the movement of the leaves as they fluttered in the wind, and the shape of the gemstones on my necklace resembled the shape of the taro leaves.
