Butterflies are such graceful and exquisite creatures. Robert Frost elegantly described them as "flowers that fly and all but sing" in his poem, Blue Butterfly Day. In a dream world, I would be a fairy with butterflies all upon my dress, prancing around from tree to tree. While this dream may not come true in this lifetime, thank you so much, ZAFUL, for making me feel like a butterfly fairy (minus the wings) in this outfit. They were so kind to send me this beautiful butterfly embroidered dress and glittering rhinestone hand fan pendant earrings.
If you haven't visited their website, you will be amazed at the marvelous selection of clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry, and other accessories. Honestly, it's a fashionista's heaven! Plus, ZAFUL's shipping time was incredibly fast and when I opened the package, both the dress and earrings were neatly placed in separate clear bags. Everything was in pristine condition- it was like I had personally purchased it at a store.
But . . . I digress. Since I can't fly from tree to tree -oh, how I wish I could- I pranced around barefoot in my favorite park, letting the grass tickle my toes, and climbed the tree for a bird's eye view. On a day like this, I couldn't have been happier than in my whimsical butterfly dress, which fits me perfectly. The a-line silhouette flowed loosely over my body, cascading to right above my knees, while the colorful wings of the butterflies fluttered as the wind danced through the leaves. For an additional pop of color and to pull the whole look together, I wore these turquoise rhinestone earrings. To match the gold in the earrings, I slid on a gold bangle and the outfit was complete.
