Hey, fashionistas!  I am so excited to share this look with you!  First off, I am incredibly happy with how these DIY tulle flare pants turned out.  More importantly, I am doing this outfit post in collaboration with my friend and fellow fashion blogger, Whitney.  She is a beauty aficionado, artist with words, and her blog, Tigers in Paris, is visually stunning!  For this collaboration, we both decided to style a rhinestone choker. So after reading my post, be sure to head on over to her blog to see how she chose to style it!
For my outfit, I chose to wear the choker with a sparkly see-through tee and a pair of shiny pleather pants with tulle flares re-designed by yours truly.  I purchased these pants from Zara and decided to turn them into a DIY project.  Since I've been loving dramatic flared pants and tulle is one of my favorite fabrics, I thought, "Why not combine the two?"  I dusted off my sewing machine, gathered the tulle, pinned it to my pants, and sewed it on.  Personally, I love the way they turned out!  They are very rocker-chic and very me.  Although they are not the most practical pants, they definitely make a statement.
To finish the look, I kept the sparkly theme going by wearing a silver rhinestone bracelet that matched the choker perfectly, and simple stud earrings.  I also carried a silver clutch to hold my phone and other necessities, and for shoes, I wore my sky-high platform heels.  Let me know in the comments below what you think of these pants?  Yay or nay? Also, be sure to check out Whitney's blog to see how she styled the rhinestone choker.  As always, I am sending you lots of love from my heart to yours!
