Watermelon Popsicles @ Elizabeth, Marie, & Me

It has been incredibly hot in Hawai'i, so I recently purchased a popsicle mold and I have been experimenting with different flavors.  Today I wanted to share with you my favorite combination!

You can use any

     - watermelon
     - strawberries

     - coconut water
     - cantaloupe
     - pineapple
     - orange
     - fresh mint

STEP 1:
Blend the watermelon, strawberries, 1-2 leaves of mint, and a splash of coconut water in a blender.  (These are the ingredients I chose, but feel free to leave anything out or add anything of your choice!)

STEP 2: (Optional)
Strain the juice with a strainer in order to have a smoother texture.

STEP 3:
Cut the strawberries, pineapple, oranges, or any fruit of your choice into small pieces and put them into the popsicle molds.

STEP 4:
Pour the juice into the molds, stick in the popsicle holders, and pop them into the freezer until they harden.

 STEP 5: ENJOY!

I hope you try this easy recipe!  These popsicles are so refreshing on a hot summer day and they will definitely satisfy any sweet craving!
