Watermelon Popsicles!

It has been incredibly hot in Hawai'i, so I recently purchased a popsicle mold and I have been experimenting with different flavors. Today I wanted to share with you my favorite combination!
You can use any
- watermelon
- strawberries
- coconut water
- cantaloupe
- pineapple
- cantaloupe
- pineapple
- orange
- fresh mint
Here are the tools I used:
- blender
- knife
- cutting board
- popsicle mold
- strainer (optional)
STEP 2: (Optional)
Strain the juice with a strainer in order to have a smoother texture.

STEP 3:
Cut the strawberries, pineapple, oranges, or any fruit of your choice into small pieces and put them into the popsicle molds.

STEP 4:
Pour the juice into the molds, stick in the popsicle holders, and pop them into the freezer until they harden.

Blend the watermelon, strawberries, 1-2 leaves of mint, and a splash of coconut water in a blender. (These are the ingredients I chose, but feel free to leave anything out or add anything of your choice!)
