Let's Talk: Statement Necklaces (Pt. 1)

These necklaces are a bit more ornate or elaborate than the ones above, but they are still versatile. Also, you can't go wrong with a pearl necklace. It's sophisticated, timeless, and so elegant!
I also like to purchase statement necklaces that match the colors of my wardrobe. Since my closet is primarily black, white, and burgundy, it would only be appropriate to compliment those colors. Although the cross necklace looks a bit over-the-top, I have worn it both with casual and dressy outfits. For those of you who are bold enough to take your statement necklace to the next level, you can pair it with another necklace. Yes, you heard me right, another necklace. When combining two necklaces that compliment each other, this task in not impossible. In the pictures above, the gold necklace is a statement on its own, but when combined with the rose pedant necklace, it almost looks as if it is one necklace.
