Spinach Pesto w/ Zucchini Spaghetti

A few days ago I was making lunch for myself and I ended up making this spinach pesto, which I poured it over a bed of spiralized zucchini. It was surprisingly delicious, so I wanted to share the recipe with you. It is super easy to make and it's raw vegan! I really hope you try it!
This recipe makes about 1 cup of pesto
Ingredients:
4 cups of fresh spinach
1-2 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (cold pressed)
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Place the spinach, garlic, pumpkin seeds and salt into a food processor and pulse until all the ingredients blend together.
2. Drizzle in the olive oil and add the lemon juice to the mixture. Continue to pulse until you achieve your desired consistency.
3. Serve over zucchini "noodles" or pasta.
