          As a child, in the days before CDs and iPods, cassettes tapes were my jam.  I remember my favorite cassette was Believe by Cher, which I listened to over and over in the car before going to school.  Although I switched out my cassette tapes for downloaded songs to my iPhone, let me tell you, there was something so enchanting about listening to songs on cassettes.  So, when I saw this adorable cassette clutch on the Sammy Dress website, I knew I wanted to add it to my purse collection, simply because of the nostalgia.
          For this outfit, I styled the cassette clutch with a caramel corduroy button-down skirt and a black ribbed sleeveless mock neck top.  To elevate the ensemble, I wore my favorite fluffy faux fur coat (which I also featured in another outfit post- Ladylike Luxe) and popped in a pair of gold chain earrings.  Lastly, I stepped into my go-to Steve Madden platform heels.  Let me know in the comments below what you think about this ensemble.  Also, if you remember listening to your favorite tunes on cassette tapes, what was your favorite one?  Until my next post, I am sending you lots of love from my heart to yours!
