If red lipstick were a woman, she would strut down the street in her favorite classy-chic outfit, dolled up from head to toe. Her motto in life would probably be, "She believed she could, so she did." In my opinion, red lipstick is bold and unapologetic. Keeping that in mind, I tried to infuse a bit of that confidence into my quirky look today and pose as if I were in Vogue! Well, you know what I mean . . . [Insert awkward pause] For this look, I kept the ensemble pretty simple- a white crop top, black high-waisted flared jeans, black choker, and a denim jacket because I wanted the accessories to do all the talking.
A few months ago I posted a picture on Instagram of this denim jacket while it was still a work in progress. Since then, I have collected a few more pins and arranged them onto the breast pocket and lapels. My favorite pins at the moment would have to be the two eyes on the lapels because they make my denim jacket look as if it's winking. How cute is that? I plan on adding more pins, but for now, the gang's all here!
