Since it's spring, I am incorporating lighter and pastel colors in my wardrobe.  I love my signature black and white combo, but I found myself gravitating towards the lighter color palette.  This definitely influenced the color theme of my March favorites.  It's always fun to change things up every once in a while!  Here's what I've been loving in the month of March:


      First are these gorgeous laser cut filigree nude heels.  I purchased these babies in Seattle last year at Nordstrom and I haven't worn them until now.  I guess I didn't want to ruin them because I thought they were just too pretty to wear.     However, I am happy to say that I've taken the dive and wore them out for the first time!  They are incredibly comfortable and they match well with a lot of my outfits.  My only complaint- I wish I would have worn them sooner!  


        Now, can we just take a moment to just stare in awe at these Topshop heels?  I have been obsessing over them since late last year-yup, it's been a while.  Every time I went onto Nordstrom.com they were always sold out in my size.  Finally, last month they came back in-stock online in my size, and only in my size!  I was beyond ecstatic!  I mean, it was just meant to be.  Maybe . . . maybe not, but that's the way a shoe-a-holic justifies another shoe purchase.  But here's the reasons why I had to have these heels: 1.) They are so darn cute! 2.) They are different from most shoes on the market.  3.) They remind me of those plastic heels that I would play dress up with as a child.  You know the ones that clack when you walk and have what looks like a strip of fuzzy feathers glued to the top of the shoe?  Well, I loved them so much that I would always beg my mother to wear them out, but I couldn't.  Now, I guess you could say that one of my childhood dreams finally came true with these fancy heels.  And yes, they do make a wonderful clack sound when I walk- that just tickles the little girl in me!
